General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Amzgrand AG
hereinafter referred to as Gusskönigin.

1. Scope of Application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed electronically, by telephone, fax, letter, or email with Gusskönigin by consumers as defined in §13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) (hereinafter "Customer") and are accepted by the Customer with each order.
Deviating, conflicting, or supplementary terms and conditions shall not become part of the contract unless their validity is expressly agreed to in writing. Any standard (or individual) reference to the Customer's terms and conditions is expressly rejected.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of Gusskönigin's product range on the internet does not constitute an offer within the meaning of §§ 145 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). By placing an order, the Customer submits a binding offer to purchase to Gusskönigin. Gusskönigin is entitled to accept the order by delivering the goods or by notifying Gusskönigin of shipment via an order confirmation email within 7 days of receiving the order. Acceptance is subject to the availability of the goods, in particular to the correct and timely delivery to Gusskönigin by its suppliers.
This applies only if the non-delivery is not Gusskönigin's fault. Should the goods be unavailable, Gusskönigin will inform the customer immediately and promptly refund any payments already made by the customer. An order confirmation email, which is automatically generated and sent by the system immediately after receipt of the customer's order, does not constitute a binding acceptance of the offer by Gusskönigin. The risk of any transmission errors that cannot be resolved during the ordering process lies with the customer. Gusskönigin sells its goods only in standard commercial quantities.
3. Prices
The prices listed online at the time of ordering apply. The prices quoted are final prices, meaning they include the applicable statutory value-added tax and all other price components. Technical modifications as well as changes in form, color, and/or weight are reserved within reasonable limits.
4. Delivery
Gusskönigin will deliver the ordered goods to the customer as quickly as possible, subject to availability. If not all ordered goods are in stock, Gusskönigin reserves the right to make partial deliveries. Gusskönigin will bear the costs of partial deliveries.
5. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), take possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory. You can also electronically fill in and submit the model withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement on our website (www.gusskoenigin.de). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g. by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
... Consequences of withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, cost-effective option), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
